My name is Michael Tanaka and I’m a Realtor with Royal LePage Estate Realty Ltd. Brokerage in Toronto.
I was born and raised in Toronto and I am a 4th generation Beach resident.
In 2001, I graduated from The Ohio State University, completing a Bachelor of Arts in History.
From July, 2002 through December, 2007 I worked with numerous clients on a wide variety of real estate transactions across the Greater Toronto Area. At the end of 2007, I was awarded the Sales Achievement Award by Royal LePage.
In 2008 and 2009 I took a hiatus from real estate sales in order to pursue an opportunity to work as a Proprietary Equity Trader and back-up Market Maker at Byron Securities Ltd. in Toronto.
Now, as of February, 2010, feeling refreshed and having a renewed enthusiasm for serving my clients, I have chosen to return to the real estate business. It’s my hope to pick up right where I left off at the end of 2007, now armed with a greater knowledge of finance, investment and economics that will greatly enhance what was already an award winning real estate service.
I am a full-time, full-service Realtor whose strengths include: marketing, negotiating, market analysis and property valuation. I see my clients through every step of the purchase or sale of their property and I do everything I can to ensure that their goals are met, and their needs satisfied. I am very excited to work with both old clients and new ones – now, and for years to come.
